


LLV - ENGLISH A1
This video course includes a series of short lessons designed for A1 learners of English. Each video is approximately 10–15 minutes long and covers around 30 key topics relevant to everyday communication at this level, including
Introduce yourself, ask and answer personal questions (name, age, nationality)
Use the present tense to talk about your daily routine and family
Learn definite and indefinite articles with gendered nouns (where relevant)
Understand and give basic information about time, dates, and prices
Ask for and give directions using prepositions of place and motion
Order food and drink in cafés and restaurants
Use polite forms of address and questions when shopping or asking for help
Describe your home and household using common adjectives and vocabulary
Practice singular/plural forms and basic sentence structure
Express likes, dislikes, and simple preferences (e.g., food, hobbies, weather)
The lessons follow the proven 3e method — Example, Explanation, and Exercise — developed and refined by 3e over more than two decades. Don't forget to include ‘Close Captioning’ if you wish to read while the trainer is speaking. Each video concludes with exercises for independent practice. Answer keys are provided.
