The best way to learn a language is to be immersed in it. If you cannot spend longer periods of time in a country where your target language is spoken, learn with a native speaker!

English teachers who are native speakers, whether they are from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or elsewhere can provide instruction on pronunciation, emphasis, intonation, agreeing and disagreeing, being polite or ironic, informal or formal, friendly or distant, engaged or apathetic, and more.  

Interaction with a one or more native speakers provides real-life insights into the culture and topics of conversation that people like to discuss - in those countries where English is spoken.  

This is also true in a business environment. It makes introductions and small talk easier and more natural, also providing an insight into the way in which native speakers think and feel. At 3e we teach grammar in a more interesting and realistic way, using our tried and tested method. We provide examples, give grammar explanation and exercises; in addition we drill and offer role-play in our Business English classes as a proven way of making it 'stick'.  

We do not translate; our method does not require it and our trainers are all experienced. The brain absorbs, finds patterns, practises and retains.  Achieving proficiency involves not only reading and understanding but also 'trying out' what is learnt by speaking simple sentences and asking basic questions, which your brain then corrects and adjusts accordingly.  

Finally, being able to formulate and ask questions, not just answer them, is a top priority at 3e.  This enhances two-way communication, which is needed to make friends and establish client relationships.
