LANGUAGE LEARNING VIDEOS - ITALIAN A2

This A2 video course includes a series of short lessons designed for beginners of Italian who have completed A1, covering around 30 key topics relevant to everyday communication and slightly more complex situations. Each video is approximately 5–15 minutes long, and by the end of the course you should be able to:

  • Understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g., personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment)

  • Communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a direct exchange of information on familiar topics

  • Describe in simple terms aspects of your background, immediate environment, and matters in areas of immediate need

  • Handle travel, shopping, and restaurant interactions with more confidence and detail

  • Talk about past events and experiences using simple past tense (passato prossimo)

  • Express intentions, plans, and obligations using present and future tenses

  • Give and follow simple instructions or directions with prepositions and adverbs of place

  • Express likes, dislikes, preferences, and opinions with more detail (Mi piace…, Preferisco…, Non mi piace…)

  • Use definite and indefinite articles, plural forms, and more complex sentence structures

  • Expand your vocabulary to include common verbs, adjectives, and adverbs for everyday life
